Evopayd provides technology and processing infrastructure to facilitate conversions between supported fiat payment methods and digital assets, subject to availability, compliance checks, and network conditions.

Quotes, rates, and settlement timelines may vary based on payment method, jurisdiction, liquidity, and third-party providers. Evopayd may refuse, delay, or cancel transactions where required by law or risk controls.

You agree to provide accurate information and to complete identity verification when requested. Evopayd may suspend or terminate access where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or where activity presents legal or fraud risk.

Fees may apply as disclosed before you confirm a transaction. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evopayd and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the Services.
